I love being on the computer, working from the computer, and fixing the problem that arise from time to time. I have taken several computer classes throughout the last 25 yrs. and love to learn. I am in no way an expert, but I have never not been able to "fix" my computer or friends' computers.............until now. I use an HP laptop more than any other and Windows. I will not only be visiting this site for help with my current computer problem, but also to stay up to date. Thanks

Thanks for joining and welcome to BC!
I suspect you will be spending a lot of spare time learning about computing. Please don't hesitate to ask for help with a thorny problem.
