Hunt And Ibis Toolbar

I run adaware and get many items infected with hunt and ibis toolbar... I clean them all by deleting and the next day there are a bunch more.... If Adaware cleaned the malware why is it there are new files apearing the next day... Shouldn't Hunt and IBIS have been removed permanently.
