So, it's my grandma's computer. When Task Manager is open, it shows 3 program applications, all named MBIme. However, other than task manager, it appears as though there are no other programs open.

Also, when we attempt to change the name of any folder, Windows Explorer crashes. It takes a few seconds to re-setup, and the folder is successfully renamed. But Explorer always crashes.

The laptop appears to have no other signs of any virus, the performance looks pretty normal and web cruising is just as before.

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:
