My girlfriends laptop keeps getting strange shortcuts on the desktop that we/she did not want or put there..
They are just plain folder looking shortcuts and have odd names like ")." or "))/.."or ".))" ...I cant remember the names exactly but they are similar to that. We delete them and they come back in a few days. Any ideas what these are? I've run the virus scans and malwarebytes scans and found nothing...

How is easy. Press the Printscreen Key. The open paint or wordpad and paste. Or Win7 has a snipping tool you can use.
