Severlyinfected with Cloud AV 2012--has even blocked Bleeping Computer!

My computer is under siege. I'm unable to run any of the anti-virus or malware software installed (SuperAntiSpyware, SpyDoctor, Malwarebytes, McAffee Cox Security Suite) and any computer-assistance site I visit is blocked. I'm posting this from a different computer than the infected one, which I have shut down as I've read the Cloud AV could be used to access personal information on an infected system.

Please advise.

Maybe a stupid question, but if you're certain of the infection, have you had a look here?

Try those steps and let me know of any problems you have afterwards. Does your infection match the link?
