I'm a fanatic about keeping my computer clean and update to date...but recently it's become extremely slow and at times unresponsive. I've done changed antivirus from AVG to Kaspersky, nothing found. Done online virus scans, nothing found...cleaned my computer using a deep clean, i have all the microsoft update installed...cannot find the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

No help necessarily...but worth reading, Slow Computer-browser Check Here First; It May Not Be Malware - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic87058.html .

Overheating is always my first suspect for the broad symptoms you listed.
