After downloading security updates for Windows XP professional, I receive the following message when I try to import a file to burn a dvd. Nero instruction at "0x00358d9e" ref memory at "0x014e2008" memory could not be "read". I could delete Nero Start Smart, and reinstall it, but cannot find my nero CD. I deleted security updates and rebooted, but still have same message. This program worked earlier in the week! Using WXP professional.
Thanks for any help.

Hi watup,

You might want to go to Nero Support: http://www.nero.com/enu/support.html

  • Arrow down to "Top Support FAQs," then "General Problems burning a disc"
  • Read "When trying to burn a disc, I get an error message during the burn process. What can I do?"

Thanks for the info. But when I try to upgrade nero I get this message during the process...Disk full while accessing C:\DOCUME~1\Karena~1\Locals~1\Temp\Nero Web\Int_All Files.info
I do a search for temp folders and I cannot find this file.

Thanks again,
