I am on my own with intermittent errors that make me need to reboot without shutdown. My mouse and keyboard freeze. This can happen anytime. I don't want to pay for service Today. The builder of my computer got it returned to him for a week and I've not a lot of confidence anywhere right now.

I started to learn more about my computer. I opened Process Explorer and one service called audiodg reads 'invalid handle'. I wonder if this could be the culprit. Should it have a handle, and if so how would I make that right?

Procep needed admin rights to get the handle, think audiodg is a protected process. Well then - excuse
