I am having a problem, whenever I try to start my HP laptop, a blue screen appears with a window called "Startup Repair". The window says "Your computer was unable to start", and it starts to run a scan to see what the problem is.
Usually, it says it was unable to fix the problem, the computer restarts, and the same process is repeated.

I cannot even access my desktop, and the same thing happens when I try to start in safe mode.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
