Woooooooo
Grinler I hate to even think about the cost of real estate in New York or Ca.

Have talked to people & friends that have purchased homes in them states and couldn't believe the price they are paying.

Good Luck to you just the same though.

Ya don't mind at all.

I am talking like an average brick home 1800 sq. ft. 3 bd. 2 ba. 2 car garage single level on a lot about 60x80 in So. Ca. area will sell for 1/2 to 3/4 of a mil.
all depending on the design and a pool and stuff like that, the more and better stuff the closer to 3/4 it will get.
A home like this where I live will go for about 100 - 150,000 on a lot 2 times bigger.

Or, if you like, you can click the link here, click New Topic, and tell us what the problem is. Although you could post it in the same topic as you did before, more people would see that you have a problem with your computer if it is in its own topic.

Hello and Welcome
I am fairly new myself but this is a great forum that has a bunch of self help topics and if you can not find what you need just pick a topic that best suits your problem and let it rip someone will be glad to steer you in the right direction.

Or if you want to just just get something off your chest get in the General Chat and role on someone will be glad to discuss with you. :flowers:

Welcome Again
