I have used Yahoo email for about 5 years and I have Never seen this message -

You need to contact Yahoo mail support. Depending on where you live Google "Yahoo mail Support".
They are usually very helpful with these problems.

If you do not want to contact Yahoo Support then try and post a New Topic in Am I infected? What do I do? and follow the directions to add the required logs -

Thank You -

Have your mother check her Stationary Settings in Yahoo email. The Dead Man Tells No Tales is an option [Pirate Life] under the Fun selection in Stationary.

I never make the same mistake twice....I always make it 5 or 6 times just to be sure!

She paid some online anti virus site $99 to work on her laptop remotely. If she had more patience I think it would have been a relatively simple fix. They did fix it. I only wish I had more information on the problem.
