Windows Defender

Hi im new to windows 7 & my question is do i need "windows defender" i already have "Avast antivirus" "onlinearmor firewall" SAS & Malwarebytes.

You do not. Defender is, in my opinion, a huge waste of resources. After disabling the app, go to START - RUN - services.msc and disable the Windows Defender Service.
