Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to read this, i will appreciate any help.
My sister went on the computer and in IE a thing popped up saying the computer had viruses. Having encountered these before, I know not to click anything or download anything they want you to. However, my sister tried closing it knowing it was fake as well but then AV Security Suite appeared on my desktop and it started popping up tons of random windows about viruses and saying that safe programs such as adobe flash player were malicious. My sister ran a verizon security scan then when i took over, i ran malwarebytes anti malware. i also put the computer in safe mode. Unfortunately, i have had no luck and am simply leaving the computer on and in safe mode.
Is there any way to get rid of the infection/remove AV Security Suite?

PLEASE HELP! this computer is fairly new

Then start a new thread HERE and include or required logs.
Including a link to this thread will be helpful.

Good luck and be patient. Help is on the way!

Hello,

I have deleted your duplicate topics. To restate the previous instructions in a different way: please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.
