I can't connect to the internet...

Okay, so, I'm on windows 7, Toshiba laptop that's about a year, year and a half old... It says no connections are available, even though it was working about an hour ago. I tried restarting, plugging directly into the computer, and safe mode. Nothing. I don't know what's wrong...
I don't know what else to put, so just tell me if you need more.

Never mind, I ran the Network Troubleshooting and it said my Wireless Network Adapter was off. It's on now, and I am posting this on my laptop...
