Hello, and thanks in advance for your assistance. I first posted in the "What do I do?" forum, located at http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic427959.html

I read the "Getting Started" topic for posting here, but I am unfortunately stuck before I can install any programs or generate any logs. I can download the programs required and get them onto a flash drive, but I have no way to run them from the infected computer. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other way to access Windows functions outside of "click on the icon".

If someone knows of a way to access functions like My Computer or Control Panel when normal means of access are not available, I would appreciate it. I could then get started with generating the required logs. Thanks again.
