Motherboard Problem ?

I have a pc that when i start it it gives me a 3 beeps sound with a pause in between...I asume that there is something to do with the motherboard(asrock) ...any help is much apreciate it....Oh...i had to replace the powersuply...the prevoius power suply had the fan vibrating really bad....Thanks

First identify the beep code. See this:
