Okay, so I started receiving a pop up notification today that said " windows needs you permission to continue. Windows host process (rundll32)". When I click on details it shows C:\Windows\sysWOW\rundll32.exe, and then C:\Users...... . Also, although I use Firefox, ie began popping up with Blinkx websites, and Firefox would redirect me to other websites. I did a ton of research on the topic, and in the past I have been able to clear my own viruses, but this one has me stumped. I used Stinger, ESET online, Spybot, Microsoft Malicious, Malwarebytes, Spyware Terminator, and kapersky TDSS killer (which seems to be the preferred method). When it did not work, I repeated this in safe mode. I still have the same problem. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance
