I found bleepingcomputers.com while doing a search for a malware issue. My wife was getting very frustrated by the after effects of the " Microsoft Rescue" malware scam. She could not locate her favorites folders and many programs were also rendered inaccessible. The files were all still present, but hidden. The malware had been found by our anti-virus program and eliminated, but we were having problems getting things back to normal. The program from bleepingcomputers.com took some time to do its work, but solved our problems. Thanks for the help and hello to all in this online community.
