Hello,
When ever I try to dowload ANYTHING form the web,AdobeFlash,pics from emai etc. I get the can't be downloaded message. I must have turned something off or something. How can I fix it? Thanks

Thanks for trying to help. I dont know how to take a "snapshot" of the message. In a window at the bottom of the screen it asks me to either run,save or run and save the program. This is what it says at the bottom of the screen in the same window
after I tried to down save Adobe.

install_flashplayer11x32ax_gtba_aih.exe couldn't be downloaded.

I have read that avg sometimes doesnt let people download uninstall avg then run the avg uninstaller found here http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities
Reboot your machine and see if you are able to download if you are switch to avast or MSE
http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

That looks like an illegal software download to me...no such genuine Adobe filename.

Any legal version Of Adobe Flash can be obtained at http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html .

I will move this to the Am I Infected forum.

Yes,tried it. Didnt work. Uninstalled the AVG,then tried to download free Avast from Cnet. I got this window at the bottom of screen

setup_av_free_cnet.exe couldn't be downloaded
to the right there are three boxes to click on...retry cancel view downloads
