I have XP SP 3 and recently installed Office 2010 Pro (upgrade from Office 2000). I have noticed that the mouse pointer no longer "snaps to" the default SAVE option in the dialog box when closing a Word or Excel document. I don't have this problem with other applications nor did I have the problem with Office 2000. Yes snap to is enabled in the control panel. Really annoying. I have found several threads on this elsewhere with MS forums where there was never a satisfactory answer from MS moderators. Any ideas as to whether this is a bug or is there a fix?
