Hello saintsfanpk3 and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. Those items are not considered to be spyware. They are part of Earthlink and if Earthlink is your ISP you probably cannot remove them and still connect to Earthlink.

If Earthlink is not your ISP then start by looking in the Control Panel to remove the Earthlink software by doing the following:

Remove these installed programs using Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel:
  • Click Start.
  • Click Control Panel.
  • Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  • Look in the Currently installed programs box for each program listed below and if it is there:
  • Click on it to select it.
  • Click Change (or Change/Remove) button.
  • If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.
any software associated with Earthlink
There is also an entry with a file missing so let's remove that. Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - ~CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

Other than that you should be good to go.

Cheers.
