I ran into a virus yesterday that identified itself as AV Security. I found the guide for removing AV Security Suite on this website and followed it up to the point where malwarebytes scans the computer. I left it overnight and came back to find that the program had closed and all of my icons were hidden. I have bee able to access them through indirect methods but my computer is still running slowly and the icons have not reappeard. I tried to redo the process but when I run iexplore.exe a message appears saying that acees is denied. I tried to install malwarebytes after that but the installation is always denied. Help?
