My computer was infected with a winsrv trojan and I am unable to log onto any accounts, including admin. I have tried safe mode and I used the recovery console to replace the userinit file. It said it successfully replaced it, but I again could not log into any accounts (automatically logs me out, no taskbar, icons, and no access to system restore. I managed to find tutorials on BartPE and installed it onto a flash drive. It starts loading up and then I get the message that the file iastor.sys cannot be found.

I used a Dell XP Home with SP2 and I know that is the reason that some of the files may be missing and I tried to install the Fix Dell plugin using BartPE but I cannot figure out how exactly to do that. Is there another way that I can get the missing file or are there more detailed instructions on how to install the Fix Dell plugin? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading!

I'm very glad to say that I was able to figure out the error. I just had to place the Fix Dell file in the plugin folder in BartPE and also extract a file that was hidden. My apologies if this caused any inconvenience.
