I tried to run tdskiller, but it was not allowing me to run it on the infected cpu. I tried using a tool by symantec that was supposed to allow the tdskiller to run properly, but when I tried to run the tool it asked me to restart my computer and now I am infected to the point where I cant even fire up windows. I tried using a windows 7 cd to repair, but it wont even run the cd. Any help would be greatly appreciated the pc that is infected is a laptop I use for work and I dont want to have to tell our tech guy I got it infected.
