Windows cannot find problem

I have tried the "Windows cannot find fix wizard and it is still happening.

One sentence really is not much to go on. Particularly since you never really mentioned what the problem is.
More information including make/model of the system would be really helpful!
In the beginning there was the command line.

I'm using hp pavilion 304w Windows XP sp3
When I click on a file, I receive the message: Windows cannot find"http://www.(name of file)"
Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.
I then click OK and the file comes up. (most of the time)
