I know this is somewhat of a vague question, however I would appreciate anyone who has the time to reply to this.

Who is your internet service provider and what should you be getting from your ISP in terms of speed, also what is your actual recieved MBps.

ISP: Wildblue--Satelite

Offered Speed:
Download - Up to 1.5 Mbps
Upload - Up to 256 Kbps

Actual Speed:
Tried 3 different sites for the test. Results below:

what I get:
Download - 1.29 Mbps
Upload - 0.10 Mbps

Speak Easy:
Download - 1.12 Mbps
Upload - 0.05 Mbps

Download - 480 kbps
Upload - 58Kbps

Other Details:
Amount of data that I can upload or download in a 30-day rotating period before WildBlue's Fair Access Policy reduce my speeds.

17,000 Mb download
5,000 Mb upload
