I have a HP lap top computer with Windows XP. It was repaired and has Firefox as a internet browser.

I am not able to access internet or any program. I am unable to describe any of the operating systems since the Privacy Protector prevents access.

This is the second attack by the same Privacy Protector supposed security system. How do I recapture my laptop computer without having to pay another fee?
