I see the screen, stuck on the splash i force reboot and choose last known, doesnt work until like 3 times then finally goes in.
here is what the screen looks like.

Hi perry -

What other options are available to you in Safe Mode ?? Are you able to open in Safe Mode Etc. ??
I have only assumed from your post stating you access "last known", that you can access Safe Mode (F8 or similar).

only thing that works is go to last known about 3 times before it opens

and that doesnt even work sometimes, doesnt make sense
