When we logged into Windows XP it takes forever to load up. When you get to the screen where all your icons are it is blank.
Then we keep getting pop ups with the message of "Failed to save all componets for the fail ||System32|| with different numbers.
When we go to start to pull up a program it says "empty" and there are no short cuts.
So we have tried to log in using the safe mode and we get in slowly and also get the blank screen. And go to start and there
are no programs in the safe mode either. Not sure what we can do, as we can't even get out to the internet. Please help
if you can. Thanks!!

Let's see, if we can recover your missing features.
Download and run UnHide
Let me know, if it worked.
