Download CCLEANER the link below:

Just DONT us the registry cleaner function of CCleaner unless you know what you are deleting exactly!!

Then open ccleaner hit the tools button then startup second one down below uninstall then in the bottom right hand corner of ccleaner hit save to text file.Save it to your desktop and post the startup.txt here in your next reply. Also hit start run then type msconfig then hit the services tab then put a check mark in hide microsoft services what is listed there, after hiding microsoft services?

I don't think Ccleaner is the answer for this.

Systems become unresponsive for any number of reasons...with the the two most obvious (IMO) being overheating and insufficient resources or disk space.

Is it just the browser that is unresponsive...or does the same thing occur when just running programs installed?

System model and manufacturer?

See if you can Publish System Data Using Speccy .

I am sure ccleaner is not the answer i just want to get a startup list from the users computer and what services are running so that we can disable uneeded ones cause un needed apps and services running can slow a computer down dramatically

I don't think that's the proper approach either, FWIW :).

You are acting as if you know the root cause of the problem...and you don't. Such information does not come easily, it takes a bit of digging, which has yet to be done...in a manner that does not make assumptions that may not be valid.

I prefer to await some feedback from the OP.

Yes: list the services please,in a vertical list. Make sure to disable microsoft services, prior to doing so. :)
Also to post a start up list from ccleaner. Please do the following.Open ccleaner, Hit the tools button of ccleaner, then the startup button, then in the bottom right hand corner of ccleaners window, you will see a button that reads save to text file. Click that button, save it to your desktop. Then open it, copy it. Then paste it here, along with the services that are running. After hiding microsoft services.
Here is a link explaining how to retrieve a startup list from Ccleaner

I suspect malware in this case.

You have MalwareBytes installed. Please update it and scan your system.
Remove all issues that it finds & let us know
In the beginning there was the command line.
