So I was wondering if I can set a permission to install option on limited users. The problem is when i play a game, it wants to download/check for updates and because I'm on a limited user account, it won't let it run. Is there a way to set it so I can allow limited user accounts to run with permission form admit?

Not sure what you are asking...but, if it's your system, why not just use an admin account?
