For the past 4 months I have had no ads on my pc from ANY website. I know this sounds like a blessing, but its really screwing up some things. This is also the case with programs on my computer.

Ran virus scans like crazy and no luck...anyone have any experience with this crap?

I remember months ago I had a virus(?) that would redirect google searches. I found a fix for this on a forum...it required adding text to some sort of document...wish I could remember. I mention this because I think this fix may have caused this issue...I just never actually realized.

P.S. NOT an adblock program. Tried it on 3 different browsers + removed ALL addons.

Any ideas guys?
