Understanding AA modes a bit better

There's 3 modes of AA (Anti Aliasing) in my CCC menu:

If translating from Russian, it would be...

1. Multi Sample AA.
2. Adaptive Multi AA.
3. Super AA.

What these mean?.. what is better for what?

I really wanna understand it better. Can someone tip me? :)
