Hello and welcome to the forum!

Exactly how are you trying to do that?
I have never had a problem with it.

IMO the problem with Outlook is all your eggs are in one basket.
If the file becomes corrupted then you can lose everything.

Can you elaborate more on the issue and any error messages?
In the beginning there was the command line.

Are you referring to importing to Outlook Express...or Outlook, part of MS Office?

Just so you know, Outlook Express uses files with a WAB extension.
Hence Louis'question.

Outlook uses files with a PST extension.
They are not compatible with each other to my knowledge.

Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express are two different programs entirely.
Exactly which one are you referring to as they will not read each others data?
In the beginning there was the command line.

Cheers,
I was trying to read WAB into OUTLOOK (not express)

Thanks for info, my best route I think is firstly to ask tech who "fixed" my laptop about yhis again.

Thanks
