Hi .
I already know the answer to the following log but I need to know How the guys here attempt the logs. Please I want a professional and step by step reply, the way you would answer to any log.

This user started by complaining of Trojan horse alert from AVG which said it couldn't fix it. The trojan identified was "Downloader.Revop.A". The user thought he had identified and removed the trojan in temp files, but it reappeared. He says it is here: "C:\RESTORE\TEMP\A0030573.CPY" The user then agreed to post this log as had earlier been suggested.
