I keep my e-mail in designated folders. Recently, however, I have been unable to create these folders or to send e-mail from the Inbox to the assigned folders. I keep getting the message :"An error has occurred".

Is there any way I can rectify this fault, please?

I have; Windows XP (Home Edition); Outlook Express 6 and Internet Explorer 6

Any help you can give me would be gratefully received and I thank you in advance.

Do you have any more information about the error or what has happened to your system recently?

Without that, I'm afraid I'm just guessing that a repair of OE might be needed. Here's a link on it: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=318378
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message. My eye problems have recently increased and I'm having difficult reading posts. (23 Nov 2017)FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.<p>If the eye problems get worse suddenly, I may not be able to respond. If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.

Thank you, John, for the advice. I had a look at the website and there would be so much hassle I reckon it`s easier to without the sub-folders!

I wasn`t doing anything different and no Error number is given, unfortuntately, just the information I submitted.

Again, my thanks.
