I live in the United Kingdom, my ISP is Sky broadband.

as of last night, my wireless router suddenly resetted itself.
and since then, i can not go on any microsoft site, like microsoft.com, msn windows live messenger, i also can not connect to xbox live through my 360 console

i have been on the phone constantly trying to get answers/help from my ISP but all they say is, we dont know whats going on, apparently alot of sky users are having simillar problems, one sales person told me to format my laptop to factory settings, which i did, and i lost like 300gb of games movies music etc...

i dont understand why i cant get onto microsoft sites and onto xbox live, also other sites lke facebook, and other secure sites do not work.

Im am going out my mind, i have no xbox live to play, and also internet that only partly works, has anyone else experienced this?(other sky users maybe?)
or any advice would be great thanks
