I haven't had Windows 7 very long and I just got an I-phone 3S. I need to download Itunes to activate the phone. I cannot access Apple.com. At all. Period. Can someone help me? Thanks so much.

Make sure your Anti-virus and/or firewall aren't blocking access.

I don't know if this applies to your case or not but I had the same problem. I finally found that my external hard drive plugged into a High Speed USB port was interfering. After I unplugged all aftermarket add-ons such as my WD hard drive Apple fired right up. I had been fighting this for 3 weeks before I stumbled across this solution accidentally.
Good luck
