During the install/ uninstallation of revo pro, I get a pop-up saying Windows Group Programs Converter(grpconv.exe) will no longer autostart. This did no happen in the free version's install/ uninstall.

I don't know if this is a virus. If so, please help. Otherwise, I would appreciate it if I get directed to somebody who can.

PS: I was able to uninstall the revo pro despite that message.

Windows XP Home is my operating system

mOle responded to a question using the messanger and asked me to look for it in msconfig and turn it on.

I was unable to find it, so I sent mOle another notification.

Hey,

Just for those that weren't invited to the PM party, I posted this back to P&P

Doesn't look like malware. Try and reset grpconv.exe to autostart to check. If it now starts on boot then the uninstall changed the registry entry.

Go to Start > type msconfig and then click the Startup tab. Check the box next to the service and click OK and exit.

P&P,

If it wasn't autostarting before the uninstall then there's no problem that it doesn't now, is there?

The pop-up doesn't still appear does it?

No pop-up, just when revo uninstall pro was install/uninstalled.
