lexmark printer communication not available

unable to print from the printer.

1. Disconnect the printer from the computer.
2. remove the printer software and program from the computer using ( REVO uninstaller ) and restart the computer
3. remove the driver form C:\windows\system32\spool\driver (delete the file)

Now install the priter driver with the CD or download the driver from the website
1. run the printer installation ( do not connect the printer )
(*If you are trying to install the wireless printer then check the wi-fi signal on the printer, IF the wireless signal is orange then:

2. select the wireless installation and click on continue
3. click on the orange button and click continue
4. again click on orange button and it will ask you to connect the printer with the computer with USB cable.
5. connect the printer when it ask to connect the printer
6. It will transfer the wireless setting from the computer to the printer
7. remove the USB cable once you have the green signal on the printer.
8. run the installation of the printer.

Where did you get this instruction? The driver you just delete is one of the most vital aspect to able to print. :blink:
