Blinking cursor in word

Hello all -

Just signed up. Have anyone had this problem in Word: Constant blue cusor while in word. Sometimes in Ooutlook.
Any suggestions.

Isn't it a normal thing to have a blinking cursor in MSWord and Outlook to indicate that you can type something?

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I am thinking the same thing. Isn't that the insertion point?
Only thing is mine is black in Word. Dont have outlook installed on my system.
In the beginning there was the command line.
