Your message appears to have been truncated, but reading between the lines, reformatting and re-installing your OS and all your applications is an extreme action.
I would first try the removal instructions here at BC:

The link you were given in chat will work for you as well. I would start with one project at a time. Get the computer cleaned up. Then save what you want to save, after you have cleaned it.
