I have tried to delete the LSP references, but get errors

Here is what lspfix comes up with:

Mswsock.dll
Winrnr.dll
Cwlsp.dll
Rsvpsp.dll
VetRdir.dll

I imagine a few of these will need to be removed. One profile cannot access the internet all other are fine. I ran an ad-aware scan on the affected profile the other day.

Thanks,
DiverJoe

Hello PCPA,

You may want to print these instructions out or save them in notepad.
(Start > Programs > Accessories > Notepad)

Please do NOT attempt to delete any more files that show up in the LSP chain, they are LEGIT and critical to the functioning of your computer.

Please open Hijackthis, scan, and place a checkmark by the following entries:

O2 - BHO: Band Class - {0007522A-2297-43C1-8EB1-C90B0FF20DA5} - C:\WINDOWS\enhtb.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1D83C8D3-FCA2-4D02-8396-1DA790FB4861} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\aielbc.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: TChkBHO Class - {2D038BDD-5269-42F3-BCF9-782591A430D7} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ppilkn.dll (file missing)
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {205FF73B-CA67-11D5-99DD-444553540006} (CInstall Class) - http://www.errorguard.com/installation/Install.cab
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/15b43e7862b1a4...ip/RdxIE601.cab

Close all open windows/browsers and click Fix Checked.

Exit Hijackthis.

Then please go Here and submit VetRdir.dll
You will need to search for it with windows and then copy/type the file location on Jotti and click Submit.

Please reboot and post a new Hijackthis log, along with the results from Jotti.
If you are happy with the service I provided, please consider making a donation to help me continue the fight against Malware Posted Image

Please do not PM me asking for support. My first reply will direct you to the forums instead.
Please post the final results, good or bad. We like to know!
