I received this message today on my screen. I went to Intel but could not understand what they were telling me to do something about BIOS nnd Sata and now I'm lost.
My computer has just slowed down to a crawl these last 4 or 5 days, could this be the problem. I'm a novice and quite lost. My browsers and mail programs are working at a crawl.

Help! I've had this posted for awhile, no answers. I would like to know if I've got a big problem or I should ignore it.
