One of my email accounts is sending spam to not just the contacts on the account, but many other addresses of emails I received or sent to people.

I checked in the "sent" foler, it doesn't have a record of the spam email that was sent; isn't it very possible I have malware?

The problem is that I use 2 PC's at home and have signed into that email account on different occasions. Upon doing virus scans with MBAM and SAS on both PC's, they found nothing.

What can I do about this? Please, I really need help please please please!

Most likely it's not you then.
Someone else computer, who has you in their address book, may be infected.

What type of email are we talking about here?
