unable to connect to home network

i have a htc wildfire phone & tablet computer both of them will not connect with my home network which is through a belkin router.
i alresdy have a printer & two computers connected to this working perfectly.i have wpa/wpa2psk
security & have entered the details on the devices, i have even added there mac codes onto the belkin router page to accept but still nothing they both try to connect but then say disabled. any ideas please
