I am not able to enable Bluetooth in my laptop...

The bluetooth software and drivers are installed but the Bluetooth option is not visible in Device Manager .... and whenever I try to enable it, the following error occurs.....

"An error occured while Windows was saving your settings. The bluetooth device might be unplugged. The following settings were not saved

Discoverability settings

Connection settings"

Specs: Compaq Presario CQ 42 Intel® Core™ i3 2.13 Ghz processor

Windows 7 Ultimate 3 Gb RAM 32 bit OS
