PLEASE HELP!

My wife and I were surfing the web tonight when suddenly our internet connection failed. We were not on any site that would be considered suspicious. My Intel Proset Wireless application said there were no supported wifi adapters. I checked my adapters which were working properly. I then suspected a virus. I loaded malwarebytes and attempted to do a scan. Only seconds later malwarebytes was shutdown. When trying to restart malwarebytes I would get an error that "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.".

I have tried all the interations of the Rkill extensions and there is a process that shows up that cannot be stopped, it reads 2364004825:640030835.exe. None of the Rkills seem to be working.

Could you please help me?

Thanks,

Gabe

Hello and welcome. Please follow these guidelines while we work on your PC:
  • Malware removal is a sometimes lengthy and tedious process. Please stick with the thread until Iíve given you the ďAll clear.Ē Absence of symptoms does not mean your machine is clean!
  • Please do not run any scans or install/uninstall any applications without being directed to do so.
  • Please note that the forum is very busy and if I don't hear from you within five days this thread will be closed.
Posted Image Please try using these versions of DDS and see if either works for you:

DDS.pif

Post the logs for me if you are successful.
