Lost Sound Driver

I have a Dell 4500 and regular speakers for my pc does anyone know where i can download a generic sound driver. Dell does not have generic sound driver on their support site only upgraded sound drivers. I just need a basic so i can get my system up and running again.

Just go to the site of whoever made your sound card and often enough you can get the download the drivers there.

you can try driverguide.com, windrivers.com, and drivershq.com if neither of the three work then you can try driverzone.com
