Anyone know if you can load WBA themes Using Patched UXTheme Instead of Windows blinds?

My system has long since had the Uxtheme patch installed for using nonstarndard UI skins but recently i have noticed people moving away from .theme files and prefering to release in windowsblinds format WBA. the thing is i have been unable to find a usefull tutorial or even a conclusive answer as to wether or not there is a way to convert a WBA into a .Theme file for use in the native windows environment
