My system has long since had the Uxtheme patch installed for using nonstarndard UI skins but recently i have noticed people moving away from .theme files and prefering to release in windowsblinds format WBA. the thing is i have been unable to find a usefull tutorial or even a conclusive answer as to wether or not there is a way to convert a WBA into a .Theme file for use in the native windows environment
